By booking an appointment with EmPress Luxe Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed on the booking site and outlined below.

Client Eligibility & Arrival

• You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

• You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

• You will arrive alone, without guests or additional visitors.

 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, at the discretion of the esthetician.

 

Health & Wellness Policy

To maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients:
 

• You agree to wear a mask properly upon entering the salon and throughout your appointment if required by current health guidelines.

• You consent to a wellness screening, including temperature checks, if applicable.

• You agree to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing, allergies, or general illness, or if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or been in recent contact with someone who has.

• You agree to wash your hands thoroughly before your appointment, after restroom use, and prior to leaving the salon.
   

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for any services rendered.

• If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service, they must be addressed before leaving the salon so they can be properly evaluated.

 

Booking an appointment confirms your acceptance of these terms.
 

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By booking and receiving services at EmPress Luxe Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

• You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other illness.

• You release EmPress Luxe Esthetics and all associated estheticians from any liability, claims, or legal actions related to illness or health conditions arising before, during, or after your appointment.

Lash Services Disclaimer

You understand that although rare, risks are associated with eyelash extensions and removal services. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
 

• Eye irritation or discomfort

• Allergic reactions

• Eye pain or sensitivity

• Adhesive displacement

• In rare cases, injury if proper aftercare is not followed

You acknowledge that eyelash adhesive will be used during the procedure and that, despite proper application, adhesive may become dislodged during or after the service. Any required follow-up medical care will be at your own expense.
 

By receiving lash services, you agree to hold harmless EmPress Luxe Esthetics from any claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities associated with the procedure.
